Please kindly" --- please or kindly?
"kindly = please, but in a more negative way"
OALD:
2 (old-fashioned, formal) used to ask or tell somebody to do something, especially when you are annoyed
M-W Learner's:
2 — used to make a formal request
▪ Would you kindly [=please] pass the salt?
— sometimes used in making a request that is caused by annoyance
▪ Would you kindly turn down the music? I'm trying to read. ▪ Kindly leave me alone.
